• In vitro , lipofection of CCL5/CCL17 modifies the expression cytokines. The main driver these changes was entry foreign DNA into cytosol. vivo ECT pulses lead to high Ccl5 and Ccl17 after GET. GET CCL5 or CCL17 results in increased Cxcl9 Ifn? . are potent activators immune system CT26 tumor model. effectiveness immunotherapy highly correlates with degree type infiltrated cells tissue. Treatments based on modifying cell infiltrate microenvironment thus gaining momentum. Therefore, aim our study investigate effects gene therapy two proinflammatory chemokines inflammatory cytokine profile murine breast models, 4T1 E0771, colon MC38. plasmid encoding resulted similar control DNA, implying that cell’s electrotransfer levels both transgenes models. Besides a minor increase survival treated mice, also Ifn?, system, tumors. However, this not recapitulated TME, further refinement dosing schedule is needed.
